Beef Flank Steaks

Our premium quality Flank steak is located below the Loin and is home to an animal’s flank steak. Cuts from this animal area are very lean, boneless, flavorsome, and best when marinated and grilled or sliced thin and stir-fried. Also, the fact that it comes from Naturally and Humanely raised animals on Ontario farms makes people feel good about eating it.

Each piece is professionally cut to specification for consistent 10 oz portion sizes and are packed fresh into Vacuum sealed and is flash-frozen to maintain its original taste and prevent freezer burn.
